The Time Corridor is a design project that encapsulates the wonderful moments of its residents. Chu's design is characterized by a mirror ceiling that brilliantly expands the limited height of the floor, creating an illusion of space and grandeur. This unique feature, coupled with the simple modern style, assimilates the characteristics of majestic subtle luxury.

Chu's inspiration for the Time Corridor came from the concept of great music having the faintest notes, and great form being without shape. This reflects the highest state of art and beauty that admires natural artistry. The application of oriental humanity, the thinking of logic, and the intuitive involvement of sensibility have united and integrated skills and arts to create a home that focuses on material and spiritual elements.

The design project faced several challenges, including a long and narrow layout, bulky beams and columns, and poor air quality. To overcome these, Chu installed an energy recovery ventilation system to improve air quality and skillfully used decoration materials, color reconciliation, and visual transfer to address the issue of bulky beams and columns.

As for construction materials, Chu decorated the house with marbles, quartz tiles, iron pieces, natural brushed veneers, specific Japanese paints, engineered wood flooring, and imported wallpapers. The application of oriental humanistic aesthetics, combined with phenomenal craftsmanship and smooth space arrangement, creates a home that satisfies sensory and mental needs.

The Time Corridor was completed in March 2019 in Taiwan. The project reflects Chu's innovative approach to design, his ability to overcome challenges, and his commitment to creating a space that resonates with the life of its residents.
